Trade fair trilogy in March: Experience innovation, networking & industry impulses up close!

March was all about trade fairs for MIMplus - three major events, many different industries, but one common goal: innovation, presence, dialogue and new opportunities.

Whether as exhibitors or speakers - we were there to make valuable contacts, gain exciting insights and share our expertise.

From 11 to 14 March, the industry elite gathered in Lyon for Global Industrie - one of the most important international platforms for industrial innovation. From global players to SMEs, everything was represented. Here we were able to showcase our expertise in metal injection moulding (MIM) - a technology that enables precise, complex metal components to be produced in large quantities. It was great to see the level of interest and dialogue around this innovative topic. It shows how much potential there is in this technology - and how important it is to drive it forward.

Additive manufacturing is the future - and we are right in the middle of it! At the AM Forum Berlin (17-18 March), we not only exhibited, but also shared our expertise with a broad audience of industry insiders and decision makers from all sectors of the economy. Our topic: 'Sinter-based additive manufacturing of titanium components'. The interest was huge, as the demand for innovative manufacturing methods, e.g. in the aerospace, medical and automotive industries, continues to grow. The event once again demonstrated the importance of dialogue between industry, academia and industry experts.

On 19 and 20 March, the Bodensee Aerospace Meeting (BAM) in Lindau was all about the latest developments in the aerospace industry. As a meeting place for companies, research institutes and suppliers, the conference provided an ideal platform for networking and knowledge exchange. Innovative production technologies and lightweight construction concepts were particularly in demand. Topics in which we were able to contribute our expertise.
