Our technologies enable filigree structures that could not be realized with conventional processes. This results in high-precision components for state-of-the-art applications that meet the highest standards of functionality and design.

A groundbreaking innovation: our advanced MIM process now also enables the production of free-form permanent magnets of the NdFeB type. SmCo and ferrite alloys are currently under development. This revolutionary technology opens up completely new possibilities. For example, the flexible shaping enables customized magnetic fields, perfectly adapted to the respective application - such as for powerful multipole magnets.

This significantly increases the efficiency and performance of systems. Net-shape magnets can be produced using MIM technology, i.e. without reworking. This saves resources and can reduce the carbon footprint by up to 80%.
