Messtechniker (m/w/d)

Wir sind eine dynamische, mittelständische, weltweit agierende Unternehmensgruppe mit rund 550 Mitarbeitern. Davon sind 200 Mitarbeiter im Großraum Pforzheim und 350 Mitarbeiter im internationalen Umfeld beschäftigt. Die MIMplus Technologies GmbH & Co. KG bietet als Teil der Unternehmensgruppe innovative Produktionstechnologien mit großen Freiheiten bei der Formgebung. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf schwer zu bearbeitenden Hightech-Materialien einschließlich Funktionswerkstoffen. Unter Nutzung des Metallpulverspritzgusses (MIM) sowie des sinterbasierten 3D-Druckes entwickelt und produziert MIMplus Technologies Produkte für den Automotive-, Luftfahrt-, Consumer-, Luxus- und Medizinbereich.

Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenständiges Erstellen und Optimieren von Messstrategien, Messmethoden und Messprogrammen (Zeiss Calypso, GOM Inspect) für Projekte und Serienanwendungen
Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Messungen inklusive Analyse und Dokumentation der Messergebnisse
Konzeption und Auslegung von Spann- und Aufnahmevorrichtungen für Koordinatenmessmaschinen und weitere Messsysteme
Durchführung von Messsystemanalysen (MSA) und Messvergleichen sowie Abstimmung mit Kunden und Lieferanten
Mitarbeit in Projekten und Serienanläufen sowie technische Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
Anleitung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit Messmitteln und Prüfverfahren

Ihre Qualifikationen

Gewerblich-technische Ausbildung (z. B. als Industriemechaniker m/w/d oder Qualitätsfachkraft m/w/d) vorzugsweise mit Weiterbildung zum Maschinenbautechniker oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
Idealerweise Qualifikation zum Messtechniker (DGQ o.ä.)
Erfahrung in der Koordinatenmesstechnik sowie im Erstellen von Messprogrammen (idealerweise Zeiss Calypso und Alicona mit GOM Inspect)
Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und den entsprechenden Normen (z.B. GPS-Normen)
Kenntnisse in Messsystemanalysen (MSA), Messvergleichen und Prüfverfahren von Vorteil
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie hohe Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
