Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

KG entwickelt und produziert als Teil der Unternehmensgruppe feinmechanische Präzisionsbauteile in Großserie für die augenoptische Industrie mittels moderner Produktionsverfahren. Ihre Verantwortung:

Sie verantworten die Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse der deutschen Gesellschaften in der OBE-Gruppe ebenso wie den Konzernabschluss im internationalen Umfeld nach HGB.
Dabei unterstützen und betreuen Sie unsere Tochtergesellschaften im Ausland bezüglich der Finanzbuchhaltung und den entsprechenden Abschlüssen.
Ihnen obliegt die Beurteilung und Bearbeitung von steuerlichen und rechtlichen Sachverhalten sowie die Umsetzung neuer gesetzlicher Vorgaben.
Sie kümmern sich um die Liquiditätsplanung und das Liquiditätsmonitoring sowie die Anlagenbuchhaltung, geben handels- und steuerrechtliche Meldungen ab und sind Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Finanzamt und Banken.
Im internationalen Kontext sind Sie mit der Erstellung und Anpassung von Verrechnungspreisdokumentationen betraut.
Sie stellen das Bindeglied zum Controlling dar und übernehmen dahingehend Teilaufgaben.

Ihre Profil:

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einer Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
Erfahrung mit Konzernabschlüssen mit Unternehmenstöchtern im Ausland (gerne Asien) vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
Gute Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht und der Konsolidierung
Hands-on-Mentalität
MS Office, Lucanet sowie ERP Kenntnisse (idealerweise proALPHA)
Gute Englischkenntnisse
